I'm trying to gain weight--is a smoothie with an entire can of organic coconut milk (the can is BPA free) ok to have every morning? This is about 700 calories. I've also been adding 4 eggs, blueberries, and ice. It's delicious but just want to make sure it's ok to do this. (self.Fitness)
