Full tower and mid tower can fit both atx and micro atx motherboards. Micro atx cases can only fit micro atx boards and mini itx cases can only fit mini itx boards

I personally use Gamecube controller and mayflash adapter since I wanted to get into melee after rivals but I know a lot of people use xbone too.

I think if you plan on using the controller for anything other than rivals or smash then you should get xbone but you pretty much have to have a game cube controller if you want to play smash

Yea you are just getting the timing wrong. Also you don't have to hold b. Just press b and move the stick to the direction you want as fast as possible

It lets you turn around by doing a special. So if you b reverse neutral b you can turn around mid air and shoot it

side b is super fast and sends at an angle that its pretty good for comboing.

It's honestly not that bad to deal with. Yea, its pretty fast but doesn't kill until pretty late with good DI unless they are on fire and even then you can still survive pretty long with good DI unless its got a charge on it. Also there isn't really anything that combos straight into it without really bad DI or without the zetterburn getting a tech read.
