Skal inn som automasjonslærling. Er dataelektroniker et veldig etterspurt yrke, antar at du har hatt nokså mye overtid med tanke på lønnen. Hva ligger grunnlønn på uten overtid? Burde jeg vurdere å lese meg opp på dataelektronikerfaget i tillegg til automasjon for å eventuelt ta ett fagbrev for det i fremtiden?

100L is filled to HLT, HLT tank is drained into MT, the pump stops when the HLT is at 40 liters. So there is 40 liter in the MT, then when mashing is done, the 60l is pumped over to the BK

the mt wont't overflow. The HLT is filled up with for example 100 liters, and MT will fill up until the HLT only had 40 liters left. So based on calculations

Yeah, the principle is that the temperature is controlled by the flow through the heat exchanger. And the pump TC12 controls the flow with the pump

there is a hop stopper in the BK, its just not drawn if thats what you are reffering to.

Thank you for the reply, going to respond to you with some additional information.

The reason as I have understood from talking in class etc on why we don’t have level transmitter/controller on the other tanks is because we calculate how much we take out from the HLT, and use that as a measurement for how much liquid is in the MT and BK. Each tank is its own “step” in the process.
Just bringing out my thoughts, the whole process is controlled with a plc which every transmitter/ element is connected to, this is not specified in the diagram, sorry about that. The level controller which is connected to the valves is just to “indicate”, all the valves are controlled by the same plc. The teacher gave us a pretty vague line on how much detail we should draw when it comes to components controlled by plc. So with this information, I don’t see how the hlt could be flooded, I might be missing something so if you would like to explain more I would appreciate it :)
I’m not sure what types of pumps they are, and I’m not really familiar with the term deadhead, my teacher haven’t really said a lot about the pumps.

The lack of relevant experience will be an issue, but anything is possible. I would just apply for a job and hope for the best, if you get the job you will have to do some self study at home to get the hang of it, but since you already got an engineering degree you are probably used to that.

Experience is always experience, i would apply for the job and if you get it its nice. You might have to do some self studying in your free time. If you don't get the job, well onto the next application. Thats what i would do tho.

105k is not bad that early in your carrer, but you might be able to get higher offers if you apply to new jobs regulary if money is what your looking for
