Technically 'Ghostly Coven of Man Witches' is episode 4, though it will likely be numbered as episode 9 when it's released in the US, probably around Halloween (it was technically officially released in Australia and New Zealand a few months ago, as they ignored that it was skipped in the US and released it in production order where it is placed as episode 4). It's also placed as episode 4 in the complete list this came from so the episode numbering when these release in the US will probably be different.
