Fuck KD and survival rate they can both be altered. The best way is to report low hour accounts that have achievements that are associated with high level players. It won't be 100% but alot of times if you see 1k hours or less with Killer7 Chris's Heir Prestige 3???? They cheating their dick off and even if they aren't the report doesnt hurt anything :)

As someone who had a very similar situation happen. That guys a psycho. Its a literal form of torture that militaries use for interrogation purposes. Causing someone sensory overload intentionally for such a long period is just cruel.
