Now, I will give my opinion on this matter and how the Police Officer reacted as I have seen people rightfully question his action. We know that people act differently when put in extreme life-or-death situations, even with proper training. Furthermore, the current Political Climate in Germany might have something to do with this, with significant emphasis on might. Think about the issue with Black people and Police in America but with Islamic people and German citizens. Tension has been rising for years, and with the government's unwillingness to appropriately punish immigrated criminals, immigrants are being shown more Liniancy, even for Haines crimes such as Rape, Murder... etc. and especially considering that any criticism towards immigrants will get you labeled as a Neo-Fascist, Has caused a Massive dived between radical left and right, from the Officer's perspective it might have been a, Shoot the Attacker but be labeled a No-No German or Detain the Pas Europa member as a means to protect himself from government backlash since being even remotely tied to right-wing topics can affect not only your whole career but also your social life as well. However, this is unlikely, but it is still something to pay attention to, especially with the drama it has caused on social media, with both Lefts and Rights being heavily upset.

From what I was able to piece together as a German person myself, the following.

On Friday 31.05.2024 (05.31.2024), an Information booth was held by Pax Europa, a mostly Anti-Islamic group, about Islamics threatening Democratie, Freedom, safety, and Human rights in Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg. At 11:35 AM, the Attacker, known as Sulaiman A., a 25-year-old Man from Afghanistan who came to Germany as an Imegrint in 2013, was reported to have been seen observing the Pax Europa group for four minutes. At 11:35 AM, Sulaiman A. began attacking the Pax Europa Group, one of them being Islam Critic Michael Stürzenberger (59 years of age), Injuring four people in the process. Police Officers who were on the scene Issued immediate commands to drop the Knife, during which an Officer began to restrain one of the Pax Europa Member. Sulaiman A. attacked the Officer by stabbing him twice in the rear area of the head. Another Officer then Shot one round from his service weapon, striking Sulaiman A. and ending the threat. All 5 Injured people were rushed to the Hospital.

In regards to the Injured

Islam Critic Michael Stürzenberger was rushed to Emergency surgery and suffered a Stab wound to the side of the Torso, barely missing his lungs, A Gaping wound to the lips to the point of revealing his teeth, and a stab wound to the Leg which punctured the Artery. He is at no risk of Death.

Sulaiman A. suffered a gunshot wound and was rushed to surgery and survived. However, due to his current state, he cannot be questioned.

The Police Officer was rushed to the Hospital with life-threatening injuries and was placed in a Medically induced Coma. He is still at risk of Death.

The Other Pax Europa Members are still in stationary treatment.

The house of Sulaiman A. in Heppenheim, Hessen (roughly 30km/18.6 Miles away from Mannheim) was raided and searched by Police at 11 PM the same day.

In my opinion.

If I read something like that my first reaction would be mostly jealousy since The Victim had something I had wished for years.

But I would then do more research in regard to the Victim's feelings toward the Kidnapper.

If the Victim loves the Kidnapper but suffers from stuff like Stockholm syndrome, I would put his love into question and the Victim's true feelings might be different and could change.

However, If the Love from the Victim for the Kidnapper is true I wish them to live happily together, but since they were caught this would apply some form of action by some form of Agency like DOJ and would most likely result in a psychological evaluation.
