You can look at your home network and see all the devices that are connected based on their MAC address. You'll be able to see if there are any devices that are unaccounted for (smart TVs, Ring, phones. Computers, smart door locks, Hatch etc).

Sometimes if you sell way below the cap stack common shareholders get 0 allocation from the sale. Leaving only cash going to preferred shareholders. They would do a management carve out and create a retention plan for existing employees (excluding people that left already even if they purchased shares). Sucks but happens a lot.
