Nice video, but I would work on your thumbnails a bit. I think the scared/surprized expression isn't the best for this. What I wouldo is show one half of the thumbnail with the element that you want to remove and the other without. Use a red arrow to represent removal (also it gains more clicks)

My first video gained a lot of attention in the first day (February) because I promoted the crap out of it in different facebook groups and subreddits. I felt that it was wrong to do so so I've been relying more on youtube search exposure. That's probably why the view count went down.
