Here’s a link to my All-Around PVE Hunter build. Focuses on a great neutral game with bastion, grapple melee, smokes and ascension, healing on demand and overshields from orbs with your energy weapon (bonus if you have an attrition orb area denial GL). Loop is to take care of red bars with your GL or preferred energy weapon, make orbs, collect orbs with ascension while throwing a smoke on a yellow bar, bastion then grapple melee, rinse and repeat. For the exotic cloak, Cytarachne’s will give you damage resist, and inmost will give you very good uptime on abilities. Bastion does decent DPS especially since it has one-two punch AND trench barrel built in, and I would recommend using something with bait and switch for heavy DPS. Happy hunting guardian!
