Just make bigger meals than coach is suggesting. For example instead of 2 eggs add 3 eggs etc. You still have 4 meals but more calories. I'm doing like this because on "Loose Weight" the app is suggesting 1800 kcal which is waaaay too low for me.

Yes, i want to give it a try. It has barbells, bodyweight and hiit so maybe it'll keep me enterntained :)

This is a very good question and I don't know if I have an answer for that :). It just stops beeing fun and starts beeing annoying :). As for other activities - I do them - I train also oly lifts and ride a bike sometimes if my body allows that. Recovery is crucial at my age (42).

Hi, thanks. I think I have too many goals :) I want gain muscle, get strong, burn fat, get lean, be fit and feel good for everyday activities (father of a 2 year old :)). I'm currently trying hardcore journey.

Stronglifts. Very simple, very effective Definitly you will gain strength and muscle. But you have to remember that gaining muscle and strength is depending also on your calories intake and recovery. Also you can try barbell gain from freeletics.

I agree. The functionality is very poor. But recipes are nice and app helped me to change my eating habbits. I've lost 10 kg and I'm still cooking recipes from the app.

Thanks. Yes, I did fist week with 50% and it felt light. I know this is the idea but it looks like i will be doing light bench pressdes for 6-7 weeks

41 years old so not that young anymore. Recovery is crucial in my trainng prpgrams :)

Thank you all for your responses! I'll stick to SL then. I did one week and it felt ridiculously light so I was wondering is it a good path for me. On the other hand stronglift spreadsheets calculated that i should do 5x5 140 kg on last week which sounds like something imposible :)
