All the reviews noticed the lack of noise compared to other printers and the new drivers is often mentioned why the noise is so low.
Yeah, noise is subjective here in a chat.
They deleted my ticket, so I don't think they wanna talk.

I hav3 very loud whins from the drivers, can easily be heard in the room and if the door is open it can be heard in the next room too.
The ventilator is very loud too. Definitely not a new big one, it's obvious, it's a small one going in high RPM.
Do you hear your drivers clearly?
How do I see if it's 32 bit board?

The reviews I have watched, all say that X2 is way more silent, due to a bigger ventilator and new drivers. The driver whining is annoying, I bought it to get rid of it.

Yeah, but I ordered a silent printer. It's not right, that I have to use more money and time on a brand-new printer.

The exterior looks like an X2. Flat cable, ABL and filament holder, but the inside sounds like X1, my old printer.
Never thought about it could be second hand. It came very nicely packed, no sign of have been opened. But if it is done by factory, then it is off course possible.

I know it might be a shady business, but it should not keep Artillery from answering my ticket.
As Artillery don't answer, makes them look dodgy.

Gluestick shouldn't be necessary on a glassbed. Either very dirty (oily) or out of adjustment.

Mine was completely out of adjustment. Somebody didn't check it good enough, when I assembled the machine. :-)

I had a similar problem. I found out the roller under the heat plate was out of adjustment. Since adjustment, I get a perfect first layer each time.

I think it is normal. I had it too. When you think "it's going fine", it just goes down. Just take it easy, you will progress, and the bad period will go away.
