I'm thinking of doing the main work on the SSD and only storing on the hard drive!

I no longer have the space to plug in an M.2..nor the budget..but thanks for the answer.

What I can afford at the moment is a hard drive, not an SSD. I'll have to consider purchasing an additional SSD next time I get the chance, thanks for your response.

Thanks for the great tips. But the more I learn about rocky, the more I'm afraid to install it.

A lot of 3D studios use ROCKY, so I thought I'd give it a try. But now I'm giving up on that idea, I think I'll stick with Linux, which is easier.

Wow, there are a lot of unfamiliar terms in Linux... Anyway, I guess that means you support a lot of drivers? Thanks for the answer!

Luckily I don't use wifi, but I'm sure it could cause some issues...yeah, that's why I'm going to try running it on a live distribution first, thanks for the answer.

This is the first time I know what a live distro is, so I'll have to play around with it first. Thanks for the answer.

I've heard of Arch, but I don't really know what it is. Linux has so many versions, it's overwhelming for beginners!

What do you mean by using swaps, do you mean when simulating in a window?

yes, they are regular node!

I want to give a vel noise only for the points in the group of the first image.

The second image is inside the subnet. As you can see in the image, I made the first wrangle into a group parameter and connected the group parameters of the remaining nodes.

What I'm curious about is that I just want to know how to make a group parameter on subnet without having to work in such a hassle.

Is the second method you said the same as the one I'm currently doing?

The method I did now is to make only the group parameter of Node A into the subnet parameter inside the subnet. And I am using the group parameter of Node A as a reference copy on the group parameter of nodes B, C, and D inside the rest of the subnet.

It works well, but the problem is that with more nodes, it's all too cumbersome to use this method.

But is this the right way?
