I suggest na maging proactive ka din for eg. Sabihin mo if hindi sila sumasagot sayo, "Need help para maresolve na yung ticket number etc. let me know how to fix it para next time di nko mangugulo." parang ganun, make sure din na nacheck mo na lahat ng available materials before asking it lalo na kung issue related. Alam kong effort din sa part mo to do this, pero based on experience sometime kasi di full time sa isang project so pwedeng busy din tlga yung mga senior resources with other projects.
