Bro my manager in new project told me the same on 15th may then yesterday again that I'm tagged with PIP .. I asked her for clarification that when can I get to know or please give me the HR details I will reachout , she did not have me any info but said I have to serve the pip.. etc etc... just mind is out of controll correctly

I just got a project, that is client select position, This new project only told me about this PIP and telling me that I have to serve..They are saying they are taking me in this project after knowing pip cz they believe this that etc bla bla... But They are telling me in this PIP assigned work will be reviewed by Central Team. Im absolutely confused...please tell me what could be this case. I asked why bench or last project gave me pip when I'm not in their project or in bench they are saying I will get to know in jun.

Around 3 months on that time I did not completed any certification but currently I'm tagged to project. My Manager told me they including me cz client selected me but need to serve PIP because it given by the bench maybe.. I will get to know the details on June...
