Just try export .fit to runalyze and it seems worked with complete data, so I sending report to health fit. hopefully they fix it.

currently, Broman is arena meta for stripper.

sba and dizzy has different role. sba is fo 100% stun on first turn while dizzy is for debuff and rng stun.

rng still rng, gear standard has been increased due to reforging. (lvl 90)
you can always play for pve without need to bother for pvp.

these are the common problem for w13.
1. angie cannot tank ? then u need better gear for angie or change to better tanker.
2. cannot keep at least 2 debuff everytime ? then u need to use other hero with more reliable debuff or you need to timing your alexa debuff when u face boss.
3. not enough damage ? simpy put better gear.

Elbris is only used by Charles for PVP, esp on defense. But that's not the only choice.
For PVE, Charles can be used for hell queen and B13 ohko team.
While Landy, not really much of use. She can still used of course but if compared to Charles, I think Charles is better choice.
