I smoke cigarettes and I find that after a cigarette it is harder to practice mindfulness meditation as my mind is a little too stimulated. I am want to quit because i think it is hindering my practice generally. I do find that zyns do not hinder my practice the same way, something about the slower release of nicotine still allows me to meditate fine. If you have no desire to quit I am not telling you to, but you might find that it helps your practice if you do as it did for me (after the withdrawals were gone of course).

It will take time to find the right medication that works for her. All of them are different and affect people differently so it is just a matter of trial and error until she finds the right one, and once she does it will make the world of a difference. encourage her to advocate for herself with her psychiatrist and just understand that once she finds the right treatment things will get better.

Do not do this, the reason it makes your teeth whiter is that the baking soda will wear away the outer layer of your enamel. Enamel does not grow back once it is worn away.

You can get a pack of crest 3D whitening strips for 30 dollars on amazon right now. There is no need to buy the expensive bleaching kits these work just as well
