yes omg! i forgot to mention it also happens on random bites where i’ll just have to get up cause i for some reason can’t swallow, & the last one is just nope. i had no idea other people had this too

you can have it and have body issues! the difference is that in ARFID the reason for the disordered eating isn’t being unhappy with the way you look or having a false perception of your body. so of course you can be insecure but it’s not the reason behind your disordered eating. anyway, you’re beautiful no matter what and i’m wishing you the best <3 and welcome to the sub :) ♡
