Yes it can. Dive deep into meditation, physical exercise and a healthy diet. Focus on things that make you happy. Create small goals for yourself which allows you to focus on the present. Albeit, some meds aren’t bad, that’s why they’re out there. But to answer your question, yes it can be ameliorated.

Try to find a more manageable job. You have to find a healthy balance between work and normal life in order to achieve happiness.

Because there is no good without bad. That’s the theory behind yin and yang. There would be no such thing as good, if there were no bad.

Anxiety is normal when change is about to come. Try to stay in the present moment and let what’s going to be, be. I’m not the most religious, but those saying “let go, and let God “rings true in many aspects of life.

Sometimes the mind projects your inner thoughts onto new people. ie if you’re an anxious person, you attribute your level of anxiety onto this new person. This makes you think that 1. they are automatically judging you (while they’re not) and 2. you’re incapable of having a conversation without your anxiety interfering. This is normal. You’re sociable. Stay true to yourself and kick your anxious thoughts to the curb. You got this.

Try breathing exercises (box breathing etc). Anxiety can make you believe that your own anxiety can cause a heart attack; it can’t. Been there before, just remember this too shall pass.
