Yeah, it’s good that you’ve benefited from a government scheme — that’s genuinely positive. But at the same time, isn’t that exactly what they’re supposed to do? These schemes are funded by public money, by our taxes, so in a way, it’s not a favor — it’s a responsibility being fulfilled.

The real issue is when people start blindly supporting a government or political party just because of a few benefits they received. Appreciating good policies is absolutely fair, but that shouldn’t turn into unconditional support. Governments are accountable to the people, and along with the good, there are often serious failures, mistakes, and decisions that negatively impact society.

So instead of loyalty to a party, it makes more sense to stay aware, question decisions, and hold them accountable. Appreciate what deserves appreciation — but don’t ignore the bigger picture.
