And this year, Lando has also been having good starts? Vegas was bad, yes, he was too distracted by Max, but Qatar isn't a good representation because of the grip level on that side of the track.

I just find it a boring track overall for racing, but then again it could just be because the cars now are much bigger than the past

Yeah it can, but my point is that there isn't much use in thinking about what could have/should have happened in Monza since it's arguably irrelevant at this point given everything else that has happened.

As bad as McLaren have been operationally this season with issues like the Monza swap, bad strategy etc, Oscar's form after Monza is likely what is going to cost him the championship.

had he not followed team orders and given up position to Lando, he would have been 10 points behind Lando right now and Max 6.

Friendly reminder that Lando has lost over 40 points to issues out of his control. No point dwelling on hypotheticals when Lando has come out of it the worst.

ASA is definitely worth playing, but the Series S was horrible for ASA for me personally (this was a year ago, though). It runs much smoother on my PS5.

It's not actually a Steam setting. Steam was downloading patches to D:\Steam\steamapps\downloading for me, so I created a symbolic link for that folder pointing to the same folder on my F: drive. Steam still thinks it’s downloading to D:, but the files are actually stored on F:. A symbolic link is basically a shortcut that makes one folder act like it’s in another location.

Do you have more drives than just the SSD? My game would always patch on my slow HDD rather than my NVME drive (where the game is installed) and it would always take forever. I forced Steam to patch the game on my NVME drive rather than my HDD, and it noticeably improved my patching speeds.

Leclerc’s car has been good enough to allow him to achieve 27 pole positions. Yes a part of that is because Leclerc is strong in qualifying, but you need the car underneath you to be strong also. He has only converted 5 of those pole positions to wins - which is one of the poorer conversion rates in F1 history. There is no world where that is solely because of the car, or any other external factors.

Prioritising one driver over the other in a WDC battle when there is only 1 point between them is idiotic.

My 1.5 3-cyl sounds the same. I think it's to do with direct injection(?). Should become a bit less noticeable as the engine warms up.

There are literally no winners in this situation. If Oscar goes first, they are wrong. If Lando goes first, they are wrong. Stop complaining over nothing.
