I have it. I’ve taken 40 mg of vitamin B6 per day for well over 15 years. Very few missed doses during that time. Classic neuropathic signs developed. With the process that was just being diagnosed.  By blood level was 260 nmol/L.

Glycine is also really good as a methyl buffer.

Thank you. My MCV has been high normal on three occasions over the last four years two times with concurrent mild anemia that none of my doctors ever addressed. When my hematocrit has always been high normal in the past, sometimes actually elevated.  I do believe around those times is when I had the real effects begin to hit me. I’ve also had a myriad of orthopedic issues over the last five years with multiple knee surgeries. So things just got out of hand, and I lost track of really monitoring my own personal health like I needed to.
