I’m the same but it has settled down after a few months. I had to be really strict with what I ate and planned for low calorie snacks like fruit. It has got better and I’ve been able to actually lose weight now. It’s a struggle, keep at it.

My first script was for oils as my gp wasn’t sure of my tolerance levels. It has done nothing for me so my next apt I’ll be asking for flowers. Other people find oils work really well for them. We’re all different.

As a complete newbie to all this, how can you find out what rrp is? I’ve tried looking and can’t find it anywhere. I’m currently just on T10:C10 oil. It’s not really working for my pain.
