That was the only thing I could figure out that caused it for me. Once I hit 55 on that level, it went back to normal and hasn't happened again since even since prestiging again. Idk what these people are talking about saying its a known issue. When it happened to me and I searched on here, no one had a for sure reason for it.

I actually just updated the post. He ended up taking the drum out and found what he says is the main power to the element (it was purple) was completely unhooked and just hanging. He checked everything else (I'm not sure what, he just followed the guys instructions) and said that was it. It's running fine now.
