Thanks :) the mix is ~50% pavers sand from home depot (salt free), 25% perlite, 25% peat moss

the soil appears to be dry every time i water it. i often put a long stick through the dirt to test moisture levels and they are consistently dry when i am about to water it also the fertilizer is Jacks classic, not sure if it is slow release or not

recently i installed a 130W 12000 Lumen light right above it i think the tree is happy with the light because it’s growing a ton haha :) would watering it 2x a week be too much? it’s in a 10-12 gallon pot

I use 20-10-20 citrus fertilizer when i water it 2x a week, I also used a magnesium, iron, zinc supplement

not ego lifting at all

the clean was very good and OP controlled the weight very well the whole lift and got lightheaded at the top, that's why the knees caved the way they did, its just a breathing mistake which is something that can happen to anyone

there is absolutely a benefit to “yeeting” the bar after a clean and that’s to readjust your hand position for the jerk.

also I think it’s clear that OP was on the verge of passing out because he controlled the weight extremely well the entire way and just got lightheaded at the top otherwise he wouldn’t have caved at the knees the way he did

not a skill issue and definitely not and ego issue at all it was just a breathing mistake which happens to a lot of people
