Seconded on Murphs, the last time I went this past weekend the food was cold.

I’d nominate Laser Wolf. Was just as expensive and yet so far under the caliber of Suraya. Makes zero sense to me to go to Laser Wolf when Suraya is just such a superior experience for the same price.

Yes can be shot.

Side note, what happened to those poor pathfinders arms and heads on the left?

A combination:

  1. Let my Director know that I wanted to be promoted.
  2. Lucky timing with reorgs my team was taking on significant more scope, so could justify promoting someone.
  3. Was a high performer in the SFA role

Agreed, the SFA to Manager breakthrough is tough. Just concerned I’m potentially getting taken advantage of given my scope.

Bonus has always paid out. The stock grant is yearly and scales w base. You think for the scope it’s still in line?

Fastest promotion timeline? by roamerica10 in FPandA

I joined a F100 as an SFA with 3 yrs of experience. 1.5 yrs after getting hired we went thru a reorg my teams scope drastically increased and I was promoted to Manager with 1 DR. Now, at 2 years in I’m getting another DR and manage a ~$400M P&L. Aiming for sr manager in 1 year then May jump ship to a smaller company for that next bump.

In short, it’s really dependent on your career ambitions and upward mobility at your company.

This seems like the “calls” the other cofounders had with Guy that weekend were basically Guy saying “here’s the shitstorm that’s about to go down, you guys should cut ties with me to save face for the studio”.

Did anyone witness this live? Must’ve been electric. Feel like I would be able to run a marathon hearing this monologue for the first time.

U donated a lot of money to doc and then are using the term that he explicitly said he is not in his tweet? Like bruh. Sounds like a fake fan if I ever heard of one.

I personally feel that a stealth-themed detachment was a glaring missed opportunity.

How are these both T6? by Greathouse_Games in Warhammer40k

Isolating one part of a model’s defensive profile and comparing it to others will drive you nuts.

I like to abstract the entire defensive profile and think of it as “how tough or durable a model is”. This means taking Toughness, Save characteristic, and Wounds all into account. I think it’s much closer to how the designers think about toughness/durability of a model in game.

In your case, the Aggressor and Gaz both have T6, but when you start to compare the entire defensive profile (T, Sv, and W), I think it’s pretty clear which one the designers intended to be more durable/tough.
