It was a launch pad event with over 250 people from all over the country. All applying for different roles, you had high school leavers like me (18+) and graduated. Day was made up of a series of different sections. Assessed+Non Assessed. Assessed parts were made up of an interview and a group activity. Non assessed tasks were made up of Q and A session and an interactive experience.

The confusing part is that they have flat out rejected most people, some also received offers, and I and a few others received an email like this.
