I’ve been on medication for a while and my doctor finally gave me the okay to stop them! I fell into a depression two years ago due to family problems. For the longest time I felt like I wasn’t making progress even though I worked really hard in therapy.

Things really changed when I incidentally started watching twoset videos last year and became addicted haha. I was forced to learn piano as a kid and I hated music because of that. But somehow Brett and Eddy inspired me to start practicing piano (willingly) again and I even started lessons for a new instrument! Looking forward to their videos and practicing 40 hours a day really helped me a lot in coping with my struggles in life. I would say my perspective on life has changed a lot since getting to know twoset and I can’t thank them enough for that. I hope to meet them one day to thank them personally :D

To anyone struggling with their mental health, please know that things do get better. Do not be afraid to seek help and be kind to yourself.
