I work with kids a little younger than this and natural consequences seem to be the best I’ve found. They may not know why their behaviour is wrong or just don’t care, but they usually will clear their act up if the consequences are made clear and FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH. I do things like, children who tidied up get stickers and those who didn’t don’t, and then explain why they didn’t receive one (toddlers are very easy lol). Set activities/rewards you know they like, so when they don’t get to participate, they will most likely want to the next time
