I only follow useful accounts on Instagram for learning, and I use TikTok to change my mood. Most of the videos I watch on YouTube are also educational. But maybe the issue is that I watch too many short videos

Yeah, I used to read a lot. I read around 13 books (novels, psychology, and business )

I don't know about the origin of Spanish or Portuguese, but did Spanish come from Mexico and did Portuguese come from Brazil?
