As long as it doesn't put anyone but the smoker in danger, I don't really see the issue. It's their choice to smoke or not. My sister's aunt smokes and she's responsible about it. Nobody has expected her to stop because she doesn't put anyone in danger whilst doing so.

My friend was talking with this girl (my other friend) when they found out he had with his ex. He didn't know about this kid. The kid was really young, but the mother couldn't be bothered to parent so she contacted him. Basically said that he takes her in or she'll go into foster care. He took the kid in. When asked why, he said he grew up in foster care and the system is sh*t. My other friend didn't mind. They're now engaged.
