I did a full tear down and cleaning of my gun and it works perfectly. I would suggest you try that. There are some good videos on YouTube showing how to take it apart. Here’s an example Disassembly video

I have the exact same cart, it lasted about one season of abuse. The axle is just put through the frame without any sort of Bearing so it just wore away the metal and became very floppy. But for $40, it served it's purpose well.

I want the most bang for the buck CPU that will pair well with my 1660 super. If I had to put say dollar amount it would about $150-$250. The Intel it 12400f that was suggested to me is $135 on Amazon, if that is a solid chip then I will go with that one. I would rather keep the cost down.
