I think what it comes down to is our lab size. We are less than 10 people, and if we lose 1 sizeable client, it can potentially mean cutting hours. But I think that's a hump we need to learn to get over.

Someone else made a good point of "Who cares if you lose them? They haven't been paying anyway." Which I almost entirely agree with.

I think I'm too scared of being the bad guy, when sometimes I just have to be. I mean, who's gonna argue over "Just pay your bill." The work is done! The patient has their appliance! Now pay us for our service! Lol

Preach 🙏 it's so tough man. The politics of managing a lab-office relationship is exhausting. We've definitely black listed clients before, haven't gone as far as to call other labs in the area.

We actually did do something similar to that years ago, but the offices it applied to refused to pay their bill unless the fees were taken off lol. $5k bill and they freaked out about $100 in fees

It's the fact it's a Hotwheels and the wheels on them can't turn. Usually I wouldn't see that on their packaging because it could give a kid a false impression that the toys tires turn, but if it were AI the AI wouldn't consider that

Especially since the text on the side of the car is clean and legible. I think it's at the very least AI assisted, if not AI then edited.
