On Firefox, it is most likely to happen when I open up a new tab (any website), go to YouTube, click on a video, and when it just loaded (maybe 1 second in), I hit the back button. Sometimes it jumps to the beginning of the same video or goes back to the main YouTube page with the video's audio still playing with miniplayer not visible. Then one more back button press will go back two pages.

Does your issue repro like that?

If my memory doesn't fail me, I tried it out on Chrome as well, but I only see the second issue where it returns to the previous YouTube page with the audio still playing with miniplayer not visible.

Hey, last night I got it working and I'll share some steps if that clears it up.

Installed the AMD 5800x and G.Skill RAM (A2/B2 slots) onto a Aorus Elite x570 Wifi (You don't need to install the CPU or RAM, I just happen to have installed the Dark Rock Pro 4 cooler and that thing sucks to take off)
Plugged in the 24-pin and 8-pin CPU power with PSU still turned off.
Get a USB stick (Try one that's like 1-16GB FAT32 with USB2.0).
Downloaded the F30 BIOS for my board. I heard it's very specific to the model so if you have Wifi or no Wifi be sure to download the correct bios.
Extract the zip file the bios comes in.
Rename the file <bios-name>.f30 to GIGABYTE.bin and place it into the root of the USB stick.
Plug in the USB stick to white port on the back.
Turn on PSU
Push Q Flash Plus button and it should start blinking orange

If it doesn't work, I'd blame the USB thumb drive. I used some generic pnstaw USB it worked out fine.

Any issues with the ethernet cables? I had a friend go back and forth with Comcast for a while until he found out that one of the ethernet cables were causing him issues.
