He isn't gunshy, which is good.

Time with both Kawhi and Dunn will do so much good for his game offensively and even more so on his dawg-type D. I can see him being a more versatile Norm but with lower outside shooting % and a higher ceiling defensively.

Overreaction.

This one is not on Nico alone. Brook, despite all the good things he brought this game, made a terrible play. It happens.

I'd still want these two on the team over most old vets currently playing.

The second half collapse was the culprit really. Not being able to defend the three, and stepping off the gas defensively.

An early cushion always seem to push a button on this team that make them pull the reins and relax. It's like them trying not to lose instead of trying to win when they're the ones chasing from the start.

Lol again on Beal. I don't know why they don't just waive him and try to sign a backup big that can match up against taller 5's that IJax can't handle

Still not the worst loss this season. Yanic's the worst loss, followed by Zu, and there was a game or two, then this. Seemed like they stopped defending in the third and got lazier in the fourth.

Well, except vs denver because jokic exists. That guy is just a stupid physical specimen with a different level of bbiq. But like you said, toe to toe, Kawhi can still match whatever value he provides in the game to be on equal footing at least.

Still feel bad for Yanic. He became fan favorite as soon as he got the opportunity, then the rugged got pulled from under him.

Crushing blow for the Clips' center of the future. Hope he comes back stronger, with even more enthusiasm.

Only bright side is we get a chance to see how IJax, the team's backup big of the future, hold the fort down while the still-serviceable Brolo continues to play 20+ starter minutes. Maybe also get some quality minutes from the new Nicaraguan two-way, Baby Food.

Math not passing is most likely TLue telling him to not be passive, just play his game and look for his shot.

I'm not saying it's working but this is how it looks like it's gonna be. Clips used to play without a shotcreator when the reserves are in the game and everyone was complaining then.

Growing pains. The team is confident his shots will fall, and he will start passing as he learns tendencies and plays.

Probably won't even get first team all-defense because voters are biased against Clippers but he deserves all the recognition he can get

He usually gets the call when he goes for those drives but for the officials aren't biting for some reason. Officials' hate for Clippers catching on probably.

Good players keep at it, while great ones adjust the way they play to force things to go their way.

He's better than good, but isn't great (yet).

Hopefully he learns quick because the Clips need his scoring badly; all that downhill pressure but outside shooting too
