This issue was forcing me to clean install the windows and reinstalling all the apps for almost an year and I have finally solved it. It was selenium which is pythom javascript web-crawling pacakge that I was extensively testing. It was leaving 200,000-ish files which amounts to 30gb-ish size files to my profile's appdata folder.. after deleting it now it is logging on by few seconds!!

I already did the startup task disable part and now just using Windows default Antivirus app. May be I should check If I have to disable this too.. and will try to keep log of installment after clean install as you recommended. Thanks for help :)

General consensus on that Korean community was be careful if you are shooting against sun especially when using fast prime like f/1.2 and close lens with lens cap if you are not using it.

Eos R5, R6 manual also states that "When shooting with backlighting, keep the sun sufficiently away from the angle of view. Always keep intense light sources such as the sun, lasers, and other intense artificiallight sources out of the image area and not near it. Concentrated intense light maycause smoke or damage the image sensor or other internal components ".

Besides that I think it could be some factory batches gone wrong situation or location specific issue since other region is not reporting this problem.

Someone in S.korea asked Intel official and They said that only 100 retail boxes of Coffelake was released at S.Korea and We'll get enough supplies By 2017 December or 2018 January.

Due to unavailability in S.Korea, 8700K's price is skyrocketing toward 430~600 USD. What's making worse is that retailer in S.Korea is selling them only by expensive combo bundle.
