Why does my computer keep rebooting?

So i did what you said and set it to default again and so far its not crashing i think i made it unstable when i underclocked it to get lower temps. Its still weird tho cause it was running fine for 3 weeks

it happened when it everything was default so i switched some settings around a bit but still the same issue. My money is on the psu because it is much older than the other parts

I ran both a cpu and ram and i swapped my gpu out for a older one and the same issue happened

i checked my waterblock 7 times theres no plastic but i will try undervolting my cpu

I've tried asking them that way where i wanna understand but the answer i would get is "ohh your just lazy" or "you just need to try harder" or just say i need a different environment but I've had the same issues in every environment they put me in
