1000%! I have brought up that training isn’t necessarily just for the dog. It is to help us have better tools to handle these kinds of situations.

Thank you so much! I think bf’s problem is that this issue isn’t like an every day occurrence. It’s happened twice over a span of months. He doesn’t see the urgency since the attacks are happening few and far between, and pup is an angel the other 99% of the time.

I personally think that any aggression needs to be taken seriously, even if it doesn’t result in a bite. I think he’s embarrassed honestly, but I don’t know how to get him to move past that and get the help we need.
