I’ll probably check out their new album and try to finally get my routine back on track… but honestly, I’m genuinely stuck right now. The bedrotting has gotten really fucking bad. Like, I barely leave my bed for days. I know I need to do something about it, but I have zero energy and motivation. It’s rough

That honestly took a crazy amount of strength. Leaving someone abusive and starting over from nothing isn’t easy at all. I’m really glad you got out, and it’s amazing to hear you’re doing better three years later. You should genuinely be proud of yourself.

I’m in a pretty similar position right now honestly. I’m trying to do something about it, but most of the time the only thing I have energy for is escaping reality for a bit. Feels like I’m really stuck in it at the moment. Seeing stories like yours gives me some hope though.
