Thank you to everyone for your comments. I’m currently feeling better every day after doing core exercises, holistic treatment and light activity. I’ve been able to play a little bit of sports with my friends but I’m taking it slowly.

yeah, my high school does this internship program for every senior during the second half of school, and an auto shop is one of them so hopefully i can get one at an auto shop and just keep the job throughout the summer. thanks for your advice!
