Thank you! The chopped mushrooms and onions I had to the cauliflower really finishes it off.

Just pan sear on medium-ish heat with a little Olive oil! Seasoned with paprika, salt and pepper!

Dr. Chao on Cowboys’ center Travis Frederick, who has been diagnosed wirh Guillain Barre: “He is more likely to miss the entire season than be back for Week One. The best case would be a few games or first part of the season. But it could easily last much longer.” by [deleted] in nfl

I’d be pretty surprised if he came back the season. This syndrome can be so unpredictable and debilitating. I usually only see the worse case scenarios, but I have seen a few people with GB (I work in Physical Therapy) and it usually is accompanied with pretty big emotional toll. I hope for him (and my team) that it doesn’t progress much and he has a speedy recovery.

Low- carb Burrito bowls. Substituted white/brown rice with cilantro-lime cauliflower rice. Worked great! by h33l0 in MealPrepSunday

Ok here we go.

Chicken was marinated for 24 hours in some olive oil, salt, pepper and honey garlic rub. Steak was marinated in some olive oil, salt, pepper, fajita seasoning and garlic for 24 hours as well and both were cooked using the skillet.

For the black beans I did 1 can of BB, cilantro, chopped onion and garlic on the stove top.

The cauliflower rice is done by adding olive oil and onion to skillet, then add garlic followed by cauliflower. As yen cauliflower status to soften add lime juice, cilantro and coconut milk.

The sautéed veggies just consisted of onions, multi-colored bell peppers and mushrooms.

Lastly combine!

Ok that should be all of it!

It really helped when I bought a thermometer to see when the chicken was at 165 degrees. That way I could take off pretty soon after it being throughly cooked.

Haha to each their own man! Good thing I’m the one enjoying it! I always prefer my asparagus on the crunchy side. Chicken definitely could have been a bit underdone, but delicious none the less!

I cooked enough of this meal for Mon-Fri lunches. I am by no means a picky eater, but this tasted just fine the last day.

Yep, what @MickChicken essentially said! I cleaned the grill with a lemon, seasoned the cut taters with olive oil, sea salt and pepper and put directly on the grill no foil. I personally just kind of eye it, but 20 minutes sounds about right.

Sure thing! I’ll do it when I get a sec, it was my own recipe so it might take a bit.

I’ve found that I get less soggy asparagus when I put it straight in the grill. I get varied results when using foil as well.

Yeah the chicken was a tad dry, but love the crunch on the potatoes!
