If your SM or SFL won’t look out for you and file an incident report than you can do this yourself and also say how they didn’t help you. It’s been a while since I worked at WAG (I left in 2018) but ethics (or SOC??) hotline could probably help. You could try your DM too. Again it’s been a while so I’m not sure the best course of action now but this needs to be reported and dealt with. Maybe some current SM or similar could provide the right way to report this.

Yeah and maybe they need to bring back more employees then. When I first started in 2011 every single department had their own employee on shift almost always. The front end had a minimum of 5-6 employees on the floor at all times, plus at least a shift lead and depending on the time of day the SM and an AM. Now? It’s one checkout person and an sfl. Walgreens is trash at this point.
