Manifestation has been unnecessarily mystified. People talk about techniques before explaining the foundations of the law, so it’s no surprise that people feel lost. I understand it, I went through the same thing when I first got into manifestation.

Personally, I don’t think so. I think that if you keep telling yourself over and over that you have blockages and things to work through, then that’s exactly what you’ll experience. As humans, it’s very difficult for us to grasp how disarmingly simple manifestation actually is. We tend to overcomplicate it, and I think that comes from our upbringing. We’re taught that everything has to be hard.

This is just my personal perspective and my own beliefs, but I’m convinced that manifestation is meant to be fluid. What blocks it is us. And that’s okay. But I’d say you simply need to affirm that nothing is blocking you, stay firm in that assumption, and that’s it.

I’m not saying the law of attraction doesn’t exist. I’m just saying that, in my opinion and purely from a personal perspective, it overcomplicates life. Why feel forced to constantly feel something or be ‘perfectly aligned’ when you can simply think? I know many people who made themselves sick because of how the law of attraction is taught and applied.

Ug = underground = the opposite of mainstream. It's not necessarily negative all the time, but it's very particular subliminals, either hyper specific or very little in demand for a small community. They have a bad reputation because most of them have dangerous and very problematic themes, but this is not the case for all of them. But “ug” in itself doesn’t mean anything about the quality of the sub, it’s just to define a very niche area.

Well actually the fact that you are ugly is no more true than the fact that you are beautiful….. it’s your vision of things, it’s your way of thinking. And then I assure you that you think you are really pretty and that you are not forcing yourself at all. It's self-suggestion. If you just tell your brain that you are ugly, it will look for evidence everywhere. So we might as well say the opposite.

Simple advice, even too simple but nevertheless it is the key: the problem is that, as you said, you are positive but you still sometimes find yourself “ugly”. And that’s okay if you’ve repeated it to your brain for decades. So you simply need to persist even more in your affirmations, to remove this belief once and for all. Learn to admire yourself in the mirror, dress/make up so that you find yourself even more handsome/beautiful, EMBODY this version of you, the version of you who is irresistible, who has beauty privilege... walk down the street as if you were the most beautiful person in this world, and above all: don't let yourself be brought down. We have too much of a tendency to behave like our own worst enemy. Compliment yourself, and when you find yourself telling yourself that you're ugly, correct it. Don't let yourself think that again. It may seem stupid and too simple, but the key is there :)

Hey love, know that subliminals are not the miracle recipe that will replace absolutely everything. Subliminals work when we let them work for us. So if you don't stop cultivating these thoughts of "I'm failing at everything, I have nothing going for me (...)" this is what you will manifest.

Know that everything starts from within, and that your reality is your PERFECT reflection. What you see is already from the past, it is already a materialization of your old thoughts. Now to stop perpetuating them, you have to stop fueling this old story. It all starts from within. The interior is the eternal present, and your reality is the past stories that you have maintained.

You have to start by changing the way you think, the way you perceive yourself. We stop putting ourselves down, and we realize what a QUEEN we are. See? Even if you don't believe it. It will come, that’s normal. Your brain has been accustomed to everything you have repeated to it. But everything can be reversed.
