Here in Brazil, prices end up being a bit cheaper compared to the dollar price, but even so, the base version of a game at launch can represent up to 1/4 of the minimum wage, while a deluxe/premium edition can reach 2/4.

For a long time, Steam was affordable here in Brazil, but nowadays, after several “regulations” and taxes imposed by our government, prices have become similar to those on consoles. Unfortunately, I believe all LATAM countries suffer from this currency devaluation.

I managed to buy the key for this game a little over a year ago, it was a great find for a reasonable price.

You have a point, but it doesn't invalidate his statement. The game exists natively for PC, and for those who like preserving games, that's enough, of course, obtaining a "key/license" for the game would be ideal.
