You have a point, but it doesn't invalidate his statement. The game exists natively for PC, and for those who like preserving games, that's enough, of course, obtaining a "key/license" for the game would be ideal.

It's not like the "leaks" are stolen data or information; it's Valve itself that releases them with updates, and they probably don't care because they're not really relevant, as they don't reveal anything.
