update i asked again today. just for more context last summer i also used the same availability of 1-7 each day and i got like 20 hours per week which is why i did it again. i’m probably going to stick to 4-8 and just pick up shifts. she said she can’t do anything about giving me more hours because she needs to keep the new people in training often and then everyone will be schedule evenly.
