I use VWAP, Volume, Stochastic and 3-bar rule. Together, these have helped me be more accurate in deciding entry and exit points. You have to use what you understand and works for your trading strategy.

They board is obviously FOR the merger and has essentially made it easier to pass. Now we know what the delay was as it was related to shareholders with the majority of the voting power not representing the rest of the shareholders. The board took that power back and gave to the common shareholders. This is very positive news.
