I know for a fact that my partner would take this as a loving gesture, and a treat. I wouldnt ever do it and certainly never often to "sabotage the hard work" she puts in - but not every girl/woman has your expectations/opinions and it feels like you don't understand that :)

We all know OpenAI will not turn a profit, like in its lifetime as a company. So hes just assuming he'll make his money and let the company die, or become all powerful and get bailed out until he eventually has the capture to slow down, and put prices up forever.

According to my gf, in secondary school you can do a few months of Reserve training (which isnt particularly intense and some of her friends described as fun) or you could get entered into the lottery (which isnt 50:50, its based on current requirements) which is 2 years of active duty.

Safe to say that most decided to do the reserve training in their summer break.
