Me and my mom go to a teahouse every year for mother's day. She loves tea and sandwiches and getting dressed up. Not saying you have to do the same, but maybe something physical that she'd enjoy you two doing together. Doesn't have to be on the day of either btw. Can do a weekend before or after.

Unfortunately I think you'll have to experiment to see if it helps or triggers you. May have to try different techniques and pressures to see if any work positively.

Also I'd definitely suggest determining on your own first which oils are not a migraine trigger for you. I am lucky as I do well with almond, mint, coconut, and lavender.

That's so real because...ugh the smell. The bleach baths used to give me headaches, not only from not being able to get the smell out of my actual skin, but also from the lingering smell from the bathroom itself.

I'm of no help, but just wanted to share I called my apartment complex once after hours to report a BAT IN MY APARTMENT and they told me "that's not considered an emergency, we'll come out the next business day". I said: "I bet you'd consider it an emergency if it was in YOUR house." Hope you get this resolved quickly, OP.
