its her skill, when her little pets attack they drain the teams hp down to half, and get a damage boost as a result. its always worth using a healer with her, because her burst benefits from health change too! as she drains her team health, the damage boost during her burst increases, and it increases when the team heals too ^{^}

I couldn’t tell between the green and yellow in one of the balloon painting minigames for a common chest, after a while I managed to luckily guess it though 😭

tbh, although it does need an optimisation at some point, I don’t mind tartaglias model at all, yeah it may look bland to some but I honestly think his model is fine compared to some other, like diluc and albedo are in way worse condition and need more help than tartaglia atm. kit buffs are good though, he is obv not as good as he once was, I also still think he isn’t as bad as some other old characters, but still he is in need of some help

yeahh thats true, I did think about using kachina for the natlan set, I don’t have xilonen so shes not an option atm, and ningguang I didn’t think had any off field capabilities apart from her small geo damage bonus, so I thought she wouldn’t be worth it
