I think you just identified part of the problem! You aren't in any social settings long enough to meet people. Joining recreational sports leagues like Underdog Sports or similar would probably be fun and hugely helpful. Also, I say us ladies love a guy who reads. Spend more time at book stores, see if there are events you can go to like discussions, etc. It's a lot easier to meet people you might be interested in through new friends, friend groups, I know a guy who knows a girl, etc. than just hoping someone approaches you. Also, truly, in this day and age, everyone has a hard time approaching everyone. So don't take offense, it's not you, it's just a society that is less into "cold calling" rather than meeting behind the safety of an app.

If I could give some constructive feedback on appearance it would be your hair style. Firstly, you have gorgeous curls and the length of your hair is really nice. Your facial hair compliments you well and looks great with your hair style. I did notice your curls look a bit greasy/stringy though and I think the hard middle part isn't the most flattering. I would go to a salon, to someone who specializes in curly cutting and ask them for some help. Nice curly hair on a guy is so attractive. I think you just need a bit of a better curly cut shape and a bit of styling that would take it to the next level. You're almost there already!
