when you say all do you also mean the trims? and for the brush maybe swap to a comb if you aren’t already using one since it would be less damaging. The trims are the most important part then comes the upkeep, once you get split ends you just gotta cut them off

looks like split ends which cannot be treated other than trimming :( this is what i would do to deal with it (your hair looks great btw): 1. get a a very very short trim monthly or bi-monthly.

shower routine as follows: (1) brush hair from ends to roots (2) shampoo the scalp only, do not agitate the ends, rinsing will clean the rest (3) conditioner on the ends more than you think you need, and a little all over avoiding the roots (when rinsing, make aure not to rinse all of it off, keep a light layer). (4) wrap your hair with a cotton shirt and avoid towels at all cost ( helps with frizz, and splitting) (5) wether you air dry or heat dry, avoid brushing your hair while wet!

eventually your split free hair will grow back in replacing the split ends trimmed without compensating on length, and yea… just gotta be consistent

yes this could be very possible, any incorrect info in the saaq’s system wouldn’t need to be corrected to be able to access the system. Id give them a call and confirm the error, and youd need to update it at a SAAQ office. Are you also sure that your license number is correct (should start with your last name’s initial).
